In Abuja, anything can happen🙄🤪🤪. A side chick managed to become the second wife after the man legally married her. The first wife, feeling betrayed, filed for divorce and left. Later, she reconnected with her ex-husband as his side chick. 🙄🤪🤪🤪 Now, the man no longer stays in his marital home. He has bought a duplex in his ex-wife-turned-side chick’s name and is now living there with her and their children. 🤗🤗🤗🤗 Despite efforts to reconcile and bring her back, the ex-wife insists she prefers being a side chick, claiming it pays better than being a housewife. Meanwhile, the former side chick, now the wife, is crying 😭😭😭 and accusing the ex-wife of using charms on the man. 🙆🙆🙆🙆 Haaaaaa! 😂😂😂😂 Which kain wahala be this???? how do we respond to this ?🤔

Today in Church, during the announcement, the pastor started crying.
After about five minutes, he broke the news. His 19 years old daughter is pregnant—out of wedlock.
He said the temptation to abort the baby to avoid public shame was becoming overwhelming, so he's announcing it to shame the devil that they won't do that.
And then he started crying again. Other ministers needed to lead him out.
I thought there'll be backbiting and side talk but he was led out with a standing ovation.
I felt so happy that the Church is regaining the love that was once in our midst again.

Don’t comment, just retweet.
I am a Christian, a follower of Jesus. I was bought with a price. I believe in the saving work of Christ. I believe He died and rose again for my sins, and I believe He is coming back. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, redeemed, cleansed, and sanctified by the blood of Jesus.

Hubby gave me his consent to post this gist..
Few days back, My husband had an event in his company, and as a Cofounder, he is to deliver an inaugural speech for the occasion.
He wanted me to go over his speech, check for possible errors grammatically. I took his MacBook & went through his speech and I was pleased with what I read, how he started and how he ended it.
When I was done, I told him I wouldn't change anything, so he kissed me & said; "you're coming with me".
"But I'm pregnant"🥺 i said. I didn't want to go cos for some days I've been having contractions & i wouldn't want to stress myself.
He said his co-founder, Investors, invited guests, and employees who are married are all coming with their partners.
Then he bent down, kissed my stomach and spoke to his kids; "Sons, I wouldn't want you boys stressing your mum or giving her any contractions today. Be good boys & Cooperate with her alright??" — immediately hubby was done talking, he touched my tummy & he felt their movements. Then hubby said; "that's my boys!!"🤠
It was a funny moment. So I went to get myself ready for the event & hubby helped dressing me up. Selected the best dress in my wardrobe & we both got ready, got into the car, then we hit the road.
The event planner did a stunning job with her settings, I love how everything was looking & in my heart I felt proud of my husband for the year's success.
Hubby took me to the round table where he and other dignitaries with their wives were seated, then the event went under-way.
It was time for hubby to air his speech, that Son of a Queen, used 10 minutes to shower praises on me, I felt embarrassed (in a good way), I was blushing, he lavishly praised me for my support, my commitment & investments in his life since we met, my unwavering love & understanding, and how much he respects me, then he did a toast 🥂 to all the good wives in the house. We the wives all felt special🥰🥰
I didn't know when tears came running down my eyes. When everyone applauded, i closed my eyes for few seconds and in my heart, I thanked God for crowning my head with a loving husband.
After hubby had finished his speech, he was given a standing ovation. When he came to join me where his seat was, I pulled him closer and kissed him on the lips.
Now what is the essence of this gist??
1. A Hymn Song says "count your blessings, name them one by one" — When I started counting mine, I counted my parent first, then my husband second, because if I wasn't raised right, even if I met hubby, I would have been a bad wife to him.
2. How invested are you with the guy you're currently dating? Do you share in his vision? And what are your contributions that help facilitate his progress?
Do you love him that much that you can have a stake in his life, that wherever he goes, he can't talk about his career journey without mentioning your name, dedicating his achievements to your investments in his life? — Pause & think this through.
3. Are you also growing as your boyfriend is growing? — "i was there when he had nothing", can your boyfriend also give account of how far you've also grown in wisdom, career path, Business advancement, and otherwise??
For a marriage to work, it takes two to tangle, and for a marriage to fail, it takes the same two to make it fail.
I didn't write this thread to mock you or anything, I wrote this to challenge you to level up. Yes I acknowledge that you've been trying & your Fiancee can testify of the notable things you've contributed in his/her life, but there is more you can do.
May the Good Lord teach you a more excellent way to love your partner more notable and impactful, fulfilling destiny together. Amen.
Thanks for Reading 📚 📖 this far.
