@captsupermoose I found it harder to deal with things if I kept my mouth shut. And being in a place where I am now safe and free to talk has most certainly helped me heal a great deal from traumas. So absolutely it can be rewarding to yourself and for others❤️ So proud of you for being open to❤️

They upped my meds by alot... And my back feels worse and loose the use of my legs like how does that even make sense 😪🤦🏻‍♀️ I hate this 🥹 I hate feeling useless 🥹 I have to be useful in life 🤣 Just struggling to find the right things that work 🥹 Send back rubs 🤣
