@Warrr9A Artists should walk away from their pieces once they are finished. It’s about the process, not the finish line. The process helps you grow. If you just churn out work for profit and control of ip. You’re just a graphic designer.

I do not have much I can do at this point, but I do have much I can express, and I want to do so with complete honesty. Omen, together with Danketsu, were the two projects that marked the beginning of my journey in the world of NFT collections. With each one, I aimed to create something new and truly unique. However, Omen on Cardano carries a far greater significance for me, It is my collection of humans and women, the work I cherish the most. I built a community that I still hold dear, filled with remarkable people, a strong floor price in the short term, and it was also one of the projects for which I was most fairly compensated. What many people do not know is that Omen was originally intended to be sold at 15 ADA. I improved Nemo’s art plans so much, elevating the project to a higher standard, that he eventually decided it would be sold for 69–100 ADA instead. Throughout the entire process, everything ran smoothly, he never once failed to pay me or acted improperly. For this reason, I cannot and should not relaunch the entire Omen collection for the holders. It would be unethical on my part to do so to a client who did pay me, even if I strongly disagree with his decisions now. It would still be a breach of professional ethics. Unfortunately, what remains for me now is the sadness of watching the artwork I loved most be thrown into the fire. And I am not involved in this relaunch or anything related to this bridge to Solana, and I will not work with Omen again, as I felt disrespected.

Rage bait posts are the lowest effort form of marketing. When someone doesn’t know how to actually attract and hold an audience, they default to the easiest lever: outrage. It “works” short-term because anger is a fast emotion, but it’s garbage for building any kind of lasting brand. The more you rinse and repeat that playbook, the more you train your audience to be exhausted by you. Over time, the quality of engagement drops, impressions slide, and you realize you’ve built a following that doesn’t actually care about you or your work they just like watching fires. Eventually, nobody really gives a f*ck. Marketing 101: Be unique. Don’t just remix whatever hot take is trending. Experiment with new creative formats (stories, behind-the-scenes, case studies, memes with actual insight). Relate to your audience’s real problems, goals, and personality instead of just poking their anger and dipping.

i side with charles on this in principle i dunno enough about the particulars of this case to judge the innocence or guilt of the guy but im of the opinion authorities should investigate such matters and decide whether they have a case to prosecute this idea that legal liability doesnt exist because 'decentralized' makes no sense to me authorities dont run around with an EDI detector before they prosecute such cases, its immaterial to the law unless the specifics of the case dictate otherwise if you can point to a technicality that absolves him like ''he just sent a tx'' and the court accepts it as an argument then fine but it still needs to be decided by the law of the land not some arbitrary ethos we conveniently hold when it suits and discard when it doesnt
