Mahomes and Burrow are in a different class at this point imo. Even Allen and Jackson leave so much on the field when they get sped up and those guys miss absolutely nothing if it’s there. It becomes a scrambling variance game way too much with those guys when it gets hard mode

the same way move blocking as a TE does sure. It helps the offense but the thing actually doing the work there to help the offense is the run game creating conditions and the PAP design. It’s not as hard as true dropback passing, it’s not a barrier to entry. Some guys don’t like doing it because they prefer to have full hard mode control, not because there’s a barrier to entry for them. It’s a preference. Maybe a judgement error by them but not a skill deficit
