Okay so I'm still having major issues with my computer, streaming, and OBS. I found one that would be a great replacement but its 3.2k 😭 Would anyone be interested in Ko-fi Tip doodles/sketches? My current PC is about to be 7 years old so upgrading would mean I wouldn't need to upgrade again for a long time! I normally would just wait till I could fund things on my own but with individual parts being more expensive than just buying a pre-built I thought it was at least worth trying for since I saw it and the issues have not fully fixed with any trouble shooting and optimizing my PC If you want a doodle you just need to tell me what character in your tip message!

A project management reflection from a few particularly busy months at the studio: Sometimes the bottleneck persists not because resources are unavailable, but because nobody realizes they can be used. When a project gets stuck and both budget and timeline are fixed, the default reaction is often: “Can the team work 20% harder?” But if you’ve already estimated they’re operating near capacity, that’s not a solution, but the definition of insanity. The better question is: “How can we redesign the work?” Can we split up the workload? Bring in assistants? Expand the scope of support from people who are already onboard? We tend to assume that if someone needs help, they’ll ask for it. Yet your team members don’t always know the help they need is available. They don’t always know they’re allowed to ask for it. Likewise, people brought on to support a project don’t always realize they’re trusted to take on more responsibility and contribute beyond their initial assignment. The solution is rarely to push harder against the constraint. More often, it’s finding creative way to elevate it. Those little “aha” moments when everything suddenly clicks into place are lowkey satisfying 😳
