@UPS_Canada I cannot be more frustrated with your service, or lack there of. I'm not able to update my address online since it's missing info, even though it says I can - of course the company that entered my address forgot to add my apt #.

@UPS_Canada I'm trying to do my part to be home to receive it so it doesn't go back to the sender. All I've received is empty promises from CS. I am beyond frustrated. 1st CS agent said UPS only delivers til 7pm, the 2nd said they deliver til all their deliveries are done. Which one is it!?

@UPS_Canada @UPS_Canada then I called CS who say they've updated it, it doesn't show online. They also promised a delivery window next day, DOESN'T happen. After this time has passed, I call back and the CS says it's "priority" & I'll be contacted in a hr. I'm still waiting...2 HRS LATER.
