@ewenglass to each their own, but I don't much care for their jib, either. Several staff resigned, and one was fired, in late 2023/2024 after the editor refused to publish a poem because of the author's pro-Palestine biographical note.

I know one mustn't take these things personally but, boy, Chestnut Review sure don't like the cut of my jib!

im pretty surprised i havent seen anyone talking about the fact that c&a was NOT a malicious company like we all thought. they didnt make the game in order to trapping people, they were just working on AI in the 90s. caine broke free from his programming and made the game.

@gaspastrike @ItsMegaChan Honestly, I'd say they were very present throughout Ep 1, and had lots of good lines, esp in the Gloink Lair. Ep2 is really the only episode with like,,, almost Zooble.

Flashback to the time Zooble would get so little screentime, the DC wiki would upload every single frame with them in it just to fill up more space in their image gallery.

Episode 2 is literally the next day Episode 3 seems to be 1-2 days later as well (Pomni asks if the adventure will have self aware npcs, implying the last adventure was episode 2) Episode 4’s adventure is confirmed to be right after 3’s one, once again thanks to Pomni. (1/3)

@neorouxls Idk.. this was the climax episode. I feel like there may be some conflict in dealing with the remnants and rebuilding, but i think the finale we're going to get a lot of character moments and the crew is going to try to revive the abstracted with digital conjuring before caine.

I refuse to believe that's actually the definitively last time we'll see Caine. He has to get some kind of closure at LEAST bro Goose PLEASE

@snickerolli @auminiii I'd argue that their arc begins its resolution in their monologue to Gangle in Ep 6. You can see how, when they're speaking, they're kind of convincing themselves of the truth too -- that its important that they love themself. They probs just did a lot of thinking btwn episodes.

@auminiii their entire arc was off screen and it really sucks. like they even have conflict with caine set up that never pays off cause jax is the one to crash out on caine later and not them

is it a hot take to say that i don’t think zooble has ever been able to be their own character outside of gangle besides of that 1 minute scene of zooble venting to caine
