i have finally shipped it! TRUSTFLOW is live! eliminating the need for forced trust or a middleman. platform: trustflow-zeta.vercel.app so what exactly does trustflow do? you know how you want to do business online with someone you don't know physically and you have to blindly trust the person or look for a middleman well in trustflow the middleman is the BLOCKCHAIN which ofc everyone trusts so basically, how does it work?... • you create an escrow task of what you want, and input the freelancer's address there and the amount that both of you agreed on • then the freelancer goes to accept the job, and when the task has been done he submits the work (text, photo, file) then you review the work and approve it the dispute button is there if there is any misunderstanding or if anyone is trying to play the system to their advantage. the admin settles any dispute btw. and that's how it works (there is a chatbox also between client and freelancer) it supports only sepolia eth for now, maybe more main networks soon i believe it solves a web3 problem so i built it will really appreciate your feedback dara out >>

Just pick anyone and apply. Most jobs require you to fill a simple form, and then take an assessment. The assessment comes in multiple format, but it's usually in the form of a logic or aptitude test. So think pattern recognition, mental maths, word problems etc. When taking the test, YOU NEED A COMPUTER. IT DOES NOT WORK ON PHONE. So don't bother if you don't have a PC. When you want to take the exam, you will need to share your screen, and turn on your webcam and microphone. Don't bother trying to use ChatGPT or anything to game it. Just answer the question simply and easily. After the assessment, they will reach out for an in person interview, and if you pass that, you are selected. Pay is $15/hour and you work 40 hours per week (8 hours/day) The work is sooo stressful. I almost fell sick during the two months I used there. I worked on Christmas day and even into the new year.
