Five people were killed and at least 19 others injured after Russian strikes hit a market in Nikopol, Dnipro region, on April 4, in broad daylight. Among the wounded is a 14-year-old girl. She was hospitalised in critical condition. The attack caused fires and severe damage. Earlier today, Russia also attacked Sumy (at least 7 civilians were injured), Kharkiv (3 people were injured), settlements across Dnipro region (3 civilians were injured, including a 5-month-old baby and a 6-year-old child), and Kyiv. This attacks followed yesterday’s Russian strikes that brought death and destruction. Ukraine proposed an Easter ceasefire, but Russia continued to respond with more strikes, rejecting diplomacy and peace efforts. Strong international pressure on the aggressor state must follow.

@KWojczal Jeżeli US nie będzie blokować eksportu swojego gazu i ropy to rynek jest wolny - mniejsza podaż, większa cena, co już teraz się też u nich dzieje. Mogą blefować, że to nie ich problem, ale to nie prawda.

Także tak. Trump zapowiedział wyjście z wojny, bez angażowania się w obronę Ormuz (US zniszczą co trzeba, a ropę i gaz mają własne - więc irańska blokada ich nie dotyczy). A w Londynie będzie wykuwać się koalicja zainteresowanych, która po wycofaniu się USA będzie musiała zadbać o bezpieczeństwo tranzytu ropy z Zatoki Perskiej.
Jak widać model działania jest już znany z negocjacji dot. Ukrainy. Trump coś ogłasza, a Europa (i w tym przypadku inni partnerzy) na to reagują.
Komunikacja Trumpa z orędzia dość czytelna. Do Iranu: Wasz odwet i blokada Ormuz nas nie bolą, to nie my cierpimy (obniżanie znaczenia atutów rywala). Do świata: to Wasz problem, wy importujecie/eksportujecie ropę, a Iran ją blokuje, sami coś z tym zróbcie.
Co ciekawe w Londynie zabraknie m.in. Saudów.
