One thing we need to realise is when Arshdeep Singh is Uploading content on social media
He is not doing it by skipping practice seasons
As Ricky says here players don't need to over train and specially someone like Arshdeep who is playing without rest from a long time
What players do in free time is completely there decision
Surely he needs to step up but it's not a focus issue
