for the people scared & confused, this is how it works!
These 2 images are what is considered "bannable". You will only get banned if you abuse these kind of avatars by hiding in extremely dark corners around the maps

just an fyi, full black avatars are bannable in bite by night under the "disguise avatar" category if you see one of these ppl purposely abusing these avatars pls report them to a moderator or open a support ticket thx u
