@misterjgarcia This sounds AMAZING! It’s on my to- do list to create such a unit in the summer. I reached out to a coffee shop with plantations in Colombia but so far no joy. Any hints or tips would be gratefully received! Will check out the Netflix clips 🙏

Spanish Teachers out there, what are your last topics or modules with Y9 this year? We designed a new one on Latin America and the Amazon, fair trade and coffee plantations and it seems to be working... with clips from 'Magical Andes' on Netflix. 😉

These fabulous S4 linguists were a credit to @DunblaneHS yesterday, at the @SEET_scotland Our World final in sunny Edinburgh. 👏

S3 were writing letters to pupils in Honduras this week, sharing cultural facts about Scotland and a bit about their own lives. #globalcitizens

N5 Spanish were using @padlet today to peer- assess each others work and to develop an understanding of the features of an excellent answer . ¡Impresionante !🇪🇸
