I have some of the application of the thesis in my profile and in @KabezaKabrona <---- In brief, I was a Lead videogames programmer and AI took my job. Tried to career shift to embedded C but Spain sucks for job opportunities. I'd love to talk about it so feel free to DM me, I'm writing the actual academic paper so I'll publish it when it's ready.
