An incredibly powerful Ted Talk by my friend, @DDame. Very moving, but also very direct and informative. A 15-minute watch. “This talk is about how I used an Agile mindset to help me navigate a world that was not ready for someone…lnkd.in/e8G_6mh lnkd.in/ePx84Wt

“The more I am alone with the Alone, the more I surrender to ambivalence, to happy contradictions and seeming inconsistencies in myself and almost everything else, including God. Paradoxes don’t scare me anymore.” ~@RichardRohrOFM onbeing.org/blog/richard-r…

Al Shalloway🇺🇸I can have your folks guide you
the implication of saying SAFe's not Agile is that large orgs have to start with Agile. They don't. The essence of Agile is improving from where you are now. For many organizations SAFe is an improvement from where they are. The limitation is if you think SAFe's an endpoint.

#Leadership is not about rising to the top for others to look up to you, it's about using that wider view to learn how to #serve them better.

The good news is that minds can, and they do, grow. We see this everyday with our children and we even see it in ourselves and others around us. We just haven’t had a way of explaining it, because we haven’t really had to. But now we have to. #agilityofMind

I love CTI's definition of leadership: “taking responsibility for the world around us”. But, what if the nature of the "responsibility" we are able to "take" is insufficient for dealing with the complexity of the "world around us"? #sensemaking #agileleadership
