Un grand diplôme envoyé dans un mail sale reste une candidature sale.
C’est brutal.
Mais c’est exactement ce que beaucoup refusent d’admettre.
Le marché ne voit pas seulement votre niveau académique.
Il voit votre niveau de tenue.
Et pour des milliers de candidats, le vrai cimetière n’est pas le CV.
C’est tout ce qui l’entoure :
❌ aucun objet
❌ objet vide ou flou : “Bonjour”, “Demande”, “CV”
❌ CV nommé cv final, mon cv 2, document(1)
🤦 lettre générique, manifestement recyclée
😭 pièces jointes prises en photo, floues ou mal cadrées
😣 5 fichiers envoyés sans logique
🤭 format illisible
🆘 aucune signature
❌ aucune identité cohérente
Beaucoup pensent que ce sont de “petits détails”.
C’est faux.
Pour un recruteur, ce ne sont pas des détails.
Ce sont des indices de fiabilité.
Un objet flou dit :
ce candidat ne sait pas cadrer une communication.
Un CV mal renommé dit :
ce candidat n’a pas de discipline documentaire.
Des pièces jointes sales disent :
ce candidat tolère un niveau faible d’exécution.
Une lettre non adaptée dit :
ce candidat ne répond pas à un besoin ; il disperse la même demande partout.
Et c’est là que beaucoup perdent sans bruit.
Pas parce qu’ils n’ont rien à offrir.
Mais parce que la forme de leur envoi dégrade la valeur perçue de leur dossier avant même la lecture du fond.
C’est la vérité du marché :
on ne vous évalue pas seulement sur vos compétences.
On vous évalue sur le niveau de confiance que vous inspirez dans les gestes simples.
Or quelqu’un qui échoue sur :
◉ l’intitulé d’un objet,
◉ le nommage d’un fichier,
◉ la propreté d’une pièce jointe,
◉ la cohérence minimale d’un envoi,
inquiète déjà sur le reste :
→ reporting,
→ gestion de dossier,
→ communication interne,
→ traitement administratif,
→ relation client,
→ respect des standards.
Le professionnel, lui, fait l’inverse.
Il envoie :
◉ un objet précis, exploitable immédiatement
◉ un message court, net, contextualisé
◉ un CV et une lettre proprement nommés
◉ des fichiers lisibles
◉ une signature claire
◉ une identité cohérente du début à la fin
❌ Ce n’est pas du raffinement.
⤷ C’est de la crédibilité opérationnelle.
Voilà pourquoi deux candidats au niveau proche ne produisent jamais la même impression.
L’un envoie un dossier.
L’autre envoie un signal professionnel.
Et dans un marché saturé, ce signal fait souvent la différence entre :
↳ être ouvert,
↳ être lu,
↳ être retenu,
↳ ou être enterré sans réponse.
🆘 Le marché ne récompense pas le diplôme seul.
Il récompense la fiabilité perçue.
Et une candidature négligée, même portée par un grand parcours, reste pour beaucoup de recruteurs une candidature à risque.

I didn’t understand ActionFi at first.
I thought rewards worked like most platforms. You join, you grind, you maybe earn something decent if you stay long enough.
But ActionFi flipped that logic.
The real game actually starts the moment you sign up.
On @ActionModelAI 👾, your “epoch bonus” is locked in at the beginning. That means your earning multiplier is decided by when you enter, not just how active you are later.
That changed how I look at timing completely.
So what is an epoch bonus in simple terms?
It’s a reward multiplier tied to a specific phase of the platform. Early epochs have higher bonuses. Later ones gradually reduce. The earlier you join, the stronger your earning power becomes across everything you do.
And here’s the part most people miss.
It’s permanent.
