@steven_9709 @cineworld We've been members of Unlimited for 18 years and introducing the groups was bad enough but restricting the ability to book elsewhere and pay the uplift is so disappointing. Are there plans to introduce this functionality in the future?

@cineworld @echonoire That's really disappointing. 4 of us were planning on seeing Dune pt2 in Superscreen and paying the extra. Now we won't and you've done yourselves out of sales and uplifts, drinks and snacks. You really need to reintroduce the ability to book uplifts online for Unlimited.

@cineworld I thought we could book cinemas outside our group online and just pay the uplift but it's not letting us do it? Why not? Really frustrating when the cinema is not local. @steven_9709

@cineworld @steven_9709 Hi @cineworld can you explain why not? Can we book the tickets over the phone in advance instead? We are not local to Stevenage so don't want a wasted journey.

@steven_9709 Hi Steve, if you have a group 1 membership, you're not able to book tickets online in advance for cinemas in group 3, though you can book a ticket over the counter in the cinema on the day of the performance. ...1/2

@cineworld I'm a black Unlimited for Bedford and trying to book IMAX tickets for Stevenage. Happy to pay the uplift but can't book them online. Why not?
