update on my ed recovery : i still have an overweight bmi, but i don’t feel as bad about my body as i used to. like im starting to fall in love with it

i love my job so much (:

i kind of miss the era of my life when i was making ocs and roleplaying

practicing mindful + intuitive eating might actually be my key to sustainable weight loss

i am trying to only eat when i’m hungry, but i haven’t had proper hunger ques in ages bc i destroyed them with my eating disorder

i weighed myself and now i want to sob bc im now overweight. i literally gained 10 lbs in a month

you can never escape edtwt bc maureen will appear under a random post

i’ve come to the realization that bc of my chronic illnesses, i’ll never be able to live on my own

love how once i start taking ed recovery seriously my pots & ehlers danlos both start flaring up 🙃

PSA to all minors on edtwt STOP POSTING BC!!! DO NOT POST PICTURES IN YOUR UNDERWEAR OR HALF DRESSED!!! You may think it’s fine but this app is dangerous. Your mutuals may mean well but that doesn’t mean everyone does. That “other minor” you follow might not be a minor at all.

i have so many concerns for people who treat mental disorders as these “clubs” you have to be a certain amount of sick to get into & you have to check so many boxes to even be concerned as “valid” in your disorder or else you’re just romanticizing & faking it

when being consistent for two days doesn’t make me automatically 90 lbs
