Understand from several sources that the US team room is fractured, a split led predominantly by Patrick Cantlay. Cantlay believes players should be paid to participate in the Ryder Cup, and is demonstrating his frustration at not being paid by refusing to wear a team cap.

Listening to the recent @thepaddockblues podcast I’ve just been reminded Man Utd inserted a buy back clause in the deal when they sold Garner to us. Hopefully they’ll not come in for him but that fear will be there, been so good last two games. That Douglas Luiz of Villa had one in his contract up to a certain point from Man City but I knew they’d never go back in for him but that’s Man City, Man Utd are a bit shite.

Interesting question posed by the Bobble to Lee on the Bullens View post match podcast, do you think the Villa cup game could be an opportunity for Dyche to try the 4-4-2 system he liked to play at Burnley? Many on here have been asking for it but tbh and I can totally get why it may not be worth the risk to start with that formation in the league but what do you guys think?

Was never going to be *the* narrative after Saturday but what a difference Dwight McNeil makes to this Everton team. Does everything Dyche wants a wide midfielder to do - runs, helps out defensively, delivers well & gets beyond lone striker. Was sorely missed in opening games

There was some ridiculous and borderline hysterical anti-Dyche comments when that team was announced. If that game taught us anything it's that you know very little about the game, so put the phone down and just watch the game instead of tweet such rubbish
