@HonMosiria I don't think it's a problem,given that we also don't have hidden shops or retailers for such commodities. Focus should be on the positive -good hygiene.The neighbor should focus on teaching the kids the benefits of proper cleaning and drying of such wears.

My advice would be for tenants and landlords to consider setting aside a private communal drying area within the plot where personal items such as underwear can be dried discreetly while still getting enough sunlight. This would help balance personal privacy, hygiene needs, and good neighborly relations. What are your thoughts on this matter? How can both parties reach an amicable solution?
