@Doctors__TARDIS Yep, when it was Batman at six flags Ohio it was my fav coaster. Dominator feels like a coaster on a lot at a fairgrounds at Kings Dominion.

I think it was Dominator at Kings dominion that solidified for me that relocations are absolutely seperate credits. Because it is SUCH a different experience than it was a Geauga Lake (I wish I still had the pics I took at GL)

@ScottGustin There's zero scenario where I would have ever looked at that guy and thought it was Han Solo. So, um, thanks for clarifying, I guess?

@EscAuthority Nah, of the coasters I've ridden that have been relocated, they are all VERY different experiences from their original park. If you took Millenium Force from cedar point and put it in a field it would be Millenium Force anymore. The lake view is as much a part of the experience

@SpookAria82 It was pretty clear from your original post that you'd "argue" anything anyone mentions isn't as good as JTA. It's a very unique hot take, and I'm glad that you're passionate about it.

@EscAuthority Id argue out of those original Atlantis was for sure better than Star Tours, Back to the Future, and Small world, and I would argue for it over big thunder and space as well personally.

You ever think about how Journey to Atlantis would still be a top 20 ride in Orlando if Seaworld cared?

@DrewDisneyDude The Mickey gloves and employees' forced dancing around makes this weird as hell. Just show the install milestone.

@laughingplace It looked so good in concept art. In execution, it reads as a mountain of mostly 1980s wood paneled rumpus room walls. Hopefully there's some sort of cover that goes over all of that, but with scaffolding mostly down, that seems rather unlikely.

The new Space Mountain is still a year away from opening, and yet it already looks stunning over Tomorrowland!

@ScottGustin @JBFlint @benfritz The audacity of naming a downsizing plan designed to leave 1,000 families unemployed "Project Imagine" is vile. Seems people are about to realize much sooner than expected that D'Amaro really has been the 'pretty' face behind the majority of Disney Parks' decline for six years.

NEW: Disney is reportedly planning to cut up to 1,000 positions in the coming weeks, with many of the cuts in the recently consolidated marketing division as part of a cost-cutting effort code-named “Project Imagine," according to @JBFlint and @benfritz. wsj.com/business/media…

@ultrosinfos The Resort as a whole is largely built on a landfill in Tokyo Bay. As crazy as the thought is on paper to "add more," though I'd give it close to zero chance for almost any other owner, OLC is audacious, bold and always willing to prove cost is no limit in exchange for quality.

(🥈 @TheWrap)

@seafoamsafari The majority of what I actually love there is gone at this point. Splash Mountain closed three years ago. Alien Encounter closed a lot more than that ago. Big Thunder has been down for 15+ months. Those were always my 'go-to' attractions each visit. With zero, there's no point.

@EscAuthority That’s exactly it! I love many attractions there and have so many memories. But the stressy vibes and crowds are just too much.

@seafoamsafari This. If I could just park my car and walk to the gate like a normal theme park, I might be slightly more inclined to visit - but the never-ending nonsense game of "what time do I have to leave to avoid ___ crowd dump" is just exhausting.

@seafoamsafari It was easy when I considered the park's current quality versus the insufferable hassle of just getting in and out of it.
