CLYR is built to fix a clear problem in Web3. Too much hiring, sourcing and opportunity flow still happens through random DMs, shallow intros, follower count and weak social proof. Teams struggle to assess who can actually deliver and strong operators struggle to prove credibility in a way that compounds. That is the problem we are solving. @ethos_network is the right infrastructure for this because it turns reputation into something legible, portable and usable. Instead of trust living in screenshots, private chats or vague references, it creates a foundation CLYR can build on to make credibility visible. If we want better decisions, better hiring and more credible opportunity flow in Web3, reputation cannot be implied. It has to be infrastructure.

i recently hit 60 verifications on @ethos_network, and i’m honestly extremely happy i did it (and will continue to do it). about 33% were video verifications and 66% were voice chats. every single one felt worthwhile. it turned out to be one of the best forms of networking i’ve experienced. i met mostly lovely, sincere people. i usually start with a few of the same questions, one being how they’re using Ethos atm. most people told me that while they don’t write as many reviews as they did when they first joined (which makes sense, they’ve already gone through the people and projects they know), they still use the platform daily. sometimes it’s maintaining their streak or sometimes reading what others wrote, and often verifying people for collaborations or projects they’re interested in. the Human Verification protocol isn’t just about verification itself, it’s also about expanding your network and meeting people from all over the world. in one stretch i jumped from a call with an awesome dude from Australia, to a video call with a wonderful and funny (not cranky at all) woman from the Netherlands, then spoke with a handsome and smart fella from Pakistan, followed by an italian dj living in London who is absolutely in love with nfts. after that i had a call with someone i knew a lot about but had never had the chance to connect with. he was checking out of a hotel in Germany, the only guest there, and he was pretty sure the place used to be a brothel (we laughed a lot). and that’s just a few of them. many more great conversations, many more great people. i would like to think this is a common feeling among the rest of the validators. no bs, i feel that’s the real value here. oh, and some of us will never forget that guy joining a discord chat mid-ship as skipper… legendary. Ethos everywhere!

I tried contacting over 20 validators, but none of them even responded because they were simultaneously communicating with high-follower accounts to boost their own profiles. It's truly shameful to subject so many people who have dedicated their efforts to this project to such humiliating things. I hope you'll conduct a real KYC verification to prove we're not bots so we don't have to try to impress validators.
