GROWING ACCEPTANCE?? The ONLY reason we have this fucking law is because the Supreme Court said *outright* that marriage is next, after abortion. This compromise-ridden legislation is a defensive measure that cuts religious exceptions into civil rights law. Acceptance. HAH!

Holy shit! Merrick Garland may have had another reason to appoint a special prosecutor. With the GOP taking the house, they could subpoena and interrogate him and attempt to disrupt his case. This move provides cover.
