"The role was apparently filled because of urgency" after six rounds of interviews, which honestly doesn’t make much sense. And then being told there's a similar position, but I'd have to go through the entire process again? That just feels like a complete disregard for a candidate’s time. Why wasn't this communicated earlier? Why are we playing the guessing game? I attended every round back to back without skipping a single day. I genuinely struggle to understand what drives such inefficient hiring practices.
