Day 20 on my YouTube journey Videos - 17 Subscribers - 559 Views - 40k Watch hour - 4.4k The only thing slowing me down right now is the subscribers and as it seems, there’s nothing I can do about it. I just have to keep pushing and wait it out. 70% of my viewers watch from TV and TV viewers barely subscribe. And yes, I always put a subscribe CTA in my videos.

Don't use cheap proxies. Don't upload YouTube videos from public wifi. Two channels, same lesson. 👇 - Channel 1 was dipping hard. Months of solid performance, then the last few videos flopped. Script ideation, thumbnails, production... all the same. Then it clicked. Had to be the proxy. Swapped from one cheap provider to another (not so cheap). Night and day (exhibit A). - Channel 2 I'd been on hospital wifi for a few days (nothing serious). My own browser, the same one I'm typing from now. Never demonetized, not a risky niche. Script, thumbnails, production... same. Then it clicked. What if it's the public wifi? Uploaded the next video from home last night. See exhibit B. The take is simple. Cheap proxies and public wifi hit your video performance. Do NOT cut corners there.

why is nobody talking about how OP 3 hour sleep videos are 😂 i started this channel entirely with produce 2 months ago it’s already made $4.5k/m not because the videos get views because people put these on while they sleep, study, work etc and the watch time gets stupid i built a playbook on how to make these 3hr+ videos in minutes fck it, comment "ULF" and i’ll send it over.

started this channel as a little produce.so test 1 month later it’s at $4.2k rev lol no writers no editors no voice actors this is another reason i'm so bullish on ULF content the part that makes this stupid is how repeatable it is find a niche that holds watch time, generate the entire video, upload, repeat youtube automation is becoming a speed game

isn’t it ridiculous that this recent video has a $35 RPM lol.. will probably go on to make me $300+ by itself and the entire thing was made with produce .so not “ai helped with the script” the whole video. voice, visuals, subtitles, structure, everything youtube automation is getting so stupid if you have the correct tools & knowledge
