I love America, but I hate to burst your bubble: if you are on Twitter, and you are getting posts about how Europeans visiting for the World Cup are completely in awe of American food and grocery stores— I have to be honest with you and tell you you are being fed complete nonsense by the algorithm. I’ve traveled to almost every European country, and there isn’t a single one which doesn’t have better grocery stores and higher-quality restaurant food than the USA. Just being honest, as a doctor should

@Vincentinacab @junker_jo I don’t think you understood the proposition. Those folks are all likely net positive contributors and would easily qualify.

@junker_jo Nah that’s Retarded. If you have a child then you’d have to make at least 150k to break even. That would pretty much ice out any firefighter, EMT, teacher, sanitation worker, cop, MTA bus driver and conductor… chill.

- Every single game has kicked off late - Teams has been humiliated by ICE - Many countries fans aren't allowed to attend - They banned a top referee because he's somalian - They've ruined the flow by adding adverts disguised as water breaks to grab $$ Shall I go on or?

Genuinely asking: What has the US done wrong here? Seems like it's been a smashing success. Every game is sold out, and there have been almost no hiccups organizationally.

@LaSquisha1990 @ArsenalJu91 It’s true. I want to see the best players from their respective countries not depleted African teams or poached French or Dutch teams. The competition would be even better.

@ArsenalJu91 Africa deserves to rightfully claim their talent as theirs. You don't get to harvest talent from Africa and claim it as your own like your slave owner ancestors did. You, Justine, YOU, are the racist.

@ArsenalJu91 Exactly. French people are black nowadays, people gotta accept it. I for one was happy to not see a single white player on the pitch. This is simply progress and diversity.

@TheBdNv3stments @tafphorisms Hard to believe given the overarching doctrine and the cultural similarities with their neighbors where it’s rampant. I sure hope you are right though.

This is from Paglia’s essay “The Return of Carrie Nation” which you should definitely read. It’s short and peak Paglia. She also gets mildly racist with it. Some other quotes: “Because I am a pornographer, I am at war with Catherine MacKinnon and Andrea Dworkin” “Dworkin is Pee-wee Herman’s Large Marge” “[Andrea Dworkin’s] let-it-all-hang-out ethnicity was initially liberating.l “Dworkin publicly boasts of her bizarre multiple rapes, assaults, beatings, breakdowns and tacky traumas, as if her inability to cope with life were the patriarchy’s fault rather than her own” “Dworkin seized on feminism as a mask to conceal her bitterness at this tedious, banal family drama.”
Rogue Scholar Press@RogueScholarPr

“She pretends to be a daring truth teller but never mentions her most obvious problem: food” - Camille Paglia on Andrea Dworkin

@TheBdNv3stments @tafphorisms I’m with you in condemning pedarasty, you never addressed the fact that its common practice in the countries you support. Can you admit that is a problem?

I don’t agree that this was her thesis at all. Either way I don’t agree with it and if you believe she truly advocates for it as a practice currently or historically than I understand and support your vehement disagreement . However, my comments and argument weren’t about that and all I’ve seen since are misused quotes unrelated to what I do agree with from CP.

@flaviusmax @TheBdNv3stments @tafphorisms no she literally believes that man-boy pederasty is the foundation of society. she doesn't think that rape is bad you just have NEVER in your life read her. You're an idiot.

@TheBdNv3stments @tafphorisms Anti pedophilia should be subject to cultural relativism. Watch who you align with. Ask almost any vet back from Iraq or Afghanistan about what they saw.

@TheBdNv3stments @tafphorisms Yes, I totally disagree with the quote in the context that you presented it but I understand how it was presented originally as an extreme example in an argument. So we aren’t getting anywhere

They desperately are pulling quotes from 1991 to justify themselves. I don’t like it at all but that’s not the same as her supporting the organization and you know that. Look, there are things I’d argue with her about if I could, get clarification of meaning and current position etc and likely disagree with strongly especially along the boundaries of these sexual behaviors … but plucking misused quotes doesn’t negate that she is way smarter than the nitwits that prompted the OP.

@Paulthomask80 @nazzobetweeting That doesn’t mean what you think it does. At no point did I have any doubt of whether I was right or wrong. Stop playing silly games. You are a mid wit at best. Mid wits love to conform and think people disagree with them because they don’t know any better.

@flaviusmax @nazzobetweeting You're the one who kept changing the goalposts and definitions because you realized you were wrong. But you are right about one thing. People who never leave the place they grow up tend to be more conservative than people who move. Those are people with less education too.

You brought blacks into this it has nothing to do with the post. Not anywhere. Not one American black would be identified or self indentify as first or second generation etc unless they are Caribbean or African immigrants. Immigrants and transplants were the topic but you are slow and possibly have a learning disability.

You’re just misusing words and playing dumb to argue petty semantics. Cowardly…. No, there was no nation established where the word ‘foreigner’ makes any sense how you use it and you know it. The Lenape were ‘foreign’ to the Iroquois and Huron and so on. Now there is a nation of Americans and foreigners from elsewhere. You’re disingenuous and dense. Go get some sun.

@Paulthomask80 @nazzobetweeting Isn’t that interesting. I wonder why? Btw. Nothing I said negates that. No one ever uses 2nd and 3rd generation terminology for blacks, it’s describing immigrants. You didn’t know that? Or are you doing that thing where you pretend not to understand?

@flaviusmax @nazzobetweeting You said 2nd and 3rd generation New Yorkers don't vote Democratic anymore. Most black families in NYC have roots that go back at least to the 1920s and they vote Democratic, so you're wrong. Most Jewish New Yorkers go back that far too and vote Democratic.
