@flimbingo I'm wondering if it's cuz it's too alien to what people are used to in stick figure media. Glorified fights with flashy effects and high octane energy all in the form of a single animation.

its very fascinating seeing how 'stick' vns and the actual stick fandom interact. and by interact i mean barely at all - the most popular 'stick' vns have the designs (circular heads, cartoony proportions) but dont purport to be sticks at all.

the fans of said vns typically enjoy them in a vacuum, while vice versa the stick fandom as a whole generally ignores those games. im glad to see a slow conversion of the two worlds as a patron of both sides, but it is very interesting either way

cees dont have races but i do have headcanons for #violaVN characters and fortunately this guy is italian

and i dont mind it. a lot of vns i work for skew towards adult content (makes the most money, obvs) but most complain about the writing. which like. i didnt make so. idc lel

ive programmed for a lot of vns at this point, and ive never hidden my name on those projects (usually i just put them in the credits) and like. its so funny when i see someone on the tl be like "ugh i hate x game" and i gotta be like. "whoaaa ahah thas crazy"
