@dyerAndie How frustrating. Always the way isn’t it but hard to spot your own mistakes so don’t beat yourself up over it. And any good organisation won’t judge you on a typo. Would highly recommend Read Aloud on word - type it all out and listen to it - usually flushes out annoying typos

Spent 4+ hours on a thorough job application. Just after I submitted it, noticed a typo in the name of the organisation in my cover letter. FFS.

@virginmedia Thank you MH. Good to know for future faults. Unfortunately Broadband has been patchy over last two weeks and proving impossible to work from home.

@gamicth There should have been a broadband fault options. I would recommend using> 150/0345 454 1111> 1 for Cable> 2 for faults> 1 Broadband issue. MH

@virginmedia my broadband keeps falling off every hour for 20 mins today. Same as yesterday. Working from home impossible. Please can you send me a contact number to speak to human rather a number that provides endless circular options

@virginmedia Yes MH there was a broadband option but at no point are you given the option of speaking to your technical team. Am I wrong about that?

@virginmedia Thanks John but the line does its best not to connect you to a person. I spent 15 mins pressing 1s and 2s and got to a dead end and was cut off. At no point was I given the option to speak to. Shocking. I’ve been a customer for 9 years and find this unacceptable…

@virginmedia Thanks for sending that. You might confirm with me there’s is no option of speaking to a person if I have a fault with my broadband as this was the number I call earlier and at no point did it give me an option of talking to one of your team?

Yes there is an area outage which keeps changing everytime I look at it. At times it’s resolves and next minute it isn’t. However my initial questions still stands when is it likely to be resolved. I’m in NW6
