I'm loving all these ATPM posts. I was a 17 year old pre-med student when they hired me as a background actor for this film, and I spent ten weeks in the Post Newsroom mockup. These clips bring back such fond memories, because I knew every person walking silently around the featured actors, some of whom, like Lindsey Crouse, going on to impressive screen careers of their own. I'm in Los Feliz, two blocks from the hospital where I was born, but grew up in Brentwood. I've always preferred the west side, but this does have a kind of Village vibe to it, with independent merchants and decent outdoor eateries and entertainment. I drove to NYC in 2021 to bring furniture to the apartment, and left my car with friends in The Berkshires, so I love that I can get around by bus and subway- 35 cent Senior fare for 2 hours of travel is hard to beat, but I can't wait to head back East. It was tough to leave, as the Cherry Trees in Central Park were in full bloom, but I'm hoping to get back there in May, before the air gets icky and sticky.
