@TheShaggyMarlin I love grilling yellow squash and zucchini! Just salt pepper and olive oil. Also I make the best bbq chicken, I dry rub and grill then take it off and slather the sauce and back in the grill to get the sauce caramelized. Yum!

I ran out of good books to read for now so I'm back! It's been about a month and I've been happy just reading and going for walks and tending my little flower garden. Took a break from all social media and politics, I recommend it. I've missed my Twitter friends though!

@_HiveOVillainy_ Super easy but a little time consuming! Tips: cook the meat don't add it raw, doesn't cook long enough. Roll nice and tight to avoid leakage. Test your oil with a piece of the wraps to make sure it's a good temp. I use LOTS of ginger cause yum!

Made homemade egg rolls for dinner! Teriyaki beef, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, green onions, ginger and sesame! 😁

I had a lovely Saturday! Slept in a bit, made a nice breakfast, hubby cleaned the kitchen and did the yard, a little power nap, then off to my sister's! We went to the seafood market and the grocery then made kabobs on her grill and I got stoned with my bro in law. A good day!

Re-watching Sons of Anarchy, I'm on the last couple episodes and the only scene that's made me cry is Venus and Tig professing their love to each other in a dark room. A beautiful scene amongst all the hate and violence. 😭💖
