One important factor that I believe many Black people overlook is the economic and social advantages of having fewer children.
Starting around 1948, White families were having significantly fewer children overall. As a result, the income - even if modest - coming into those households, could be more effectively used to improve the well-being of White children.
If you study the overall wellbeing of White children prior to 1948 and those from the generations thereafter, it became markedly better. However, I acknowledge that was also because the apartheid government invested in the upliftment of White communities.

BREAKING NEWS! SCHOOL TEACHER HAVE BEEN ARRESTED THIS MORNING FOR THE CASE OF ASSAULT AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT TOWARDS A GRADE 10 LEARNER. Police confirmed an arrest of Maths Teacher Miss Deliwe Chantel Phehli (30) for the case of Assault and Sexual harassment. This happened few days ago after a grade 10 learner Denzel mhlongo was accused of stealing the teacher's iphone 13 and that's when the teacher grabbed the learner by his neck and seached him in front of everyone. It was confirmed the teacher grabbed the learner's balls on his private parts searching for her iphone which was later found where she left it in the teachers toilets. The boy won't missing and he was found yesterday by a Foreigner who was selling ironing boards and he brought him back home safely and got his reward of 100k from the mhlongo family The mother of Denzel, Mrs Lorreta Mhlongo who's working as The District Manager in the Department of education in Soweto Gauteng have opened the case on behalf of her son. Police Spokesperson said🗣 We have finally made an arrest and we'll make sure justice is served for the young Boy, this case is not simple as people see it. This assault is very disturbing to minors so people mustn't just judge by looking, this cases are serious ones which don't include fine but jail time said CST ngcobo.
