@gtconway3d There's no way to put a number on it simply from knowing he had a "heart attack," which, in itself, is an incredibly vague term. There are degrees of severity of myocardial infarction. He could have had an NSTEMI, STEMI, or demand ischemia, which a 20 year old could have had.
