Iran is firing ballistic missiles either with 500kg warheads or cluster submunitions at Israeli residential areas, and the whole world is treating that as totally normal.

@peterfrankopan You should include some footage from Robert Newman's "History of Oil" - well done but getting dated now. Has anyone else noticed a degradation of the video quality on YouTube?? youtu.be/kQhhrzHKMhI?si…

@andy_buksterlin Not to mention they seem to revel in their mass psychosis - they're all just rebranded "Moonies" or loonies! loonies that have somehow been able to capture the levers of power & control. Sooner or later most other countries will realize that the U.S is just a mad dog

The lowest overall approval rating of any U.S. president was Harry Truman during his 2nd term. The second lowest was Donald Trump during his 1st. Despite core MAGA supporters, Trump will likely break Truman's record during his 2nd term, becoming the most unpopular president ever.

@Glenn_Diesen From what I understand S. Korea & Japan are on the cusp of importing Russian oil from the port of Vladivostok while also looking at everything the Northern Sea Route has to offer, which drastically reduces their logistics distances. All while the U.S performs seppuku!

The main challenge for Trump is to declare victory without being able to open the Strait of Hormuz: "Let France do it... Let the European countries do it… Let South Korea do it... Let Japan do it… This was not part of what I wanted to do"

@PaavoKuronen @Michael_Yon Where I live here in the Pacific Northwest - U.S, it's pretty imperative to have a greenhouse as harvest time coincides with the beginning of the rainy season & mold can be a serious issue & as far as fertilizer goes, and this may be forced upon us anyway - humanure!

Yeah seems pretty energy-inefficient to grow cannabis indoors with artificial electric lights when a simple field and sunlight could do it extremely well, though fertilizer would still be needed. This also is related with the trend towards more "potent" and more THC-heavy intoxicating strands. In a natural cannabis field there's about 50-50% divide between male and female plants, and the females will get fertilized and grow seeds, which the flower-smokers don't want, but the seeds and the flower material can be separated quite easily. Multiplying the amount of seeds should basically be the main goal, while the medicinally active flower-material and the fibrous stems are side-products that should still be utilized.

Michael Yon: Callsign BIG HONEY
This happened in places like USA, Canada, Netherlands. Highly destructive. The “medical” use is camouflage. This is Direct Attack on Thailand. This is to weaken Thai intelligence and spirit while draining wealth. This is full war on Thailand. This already happened in many countries and with disastrous impacts. THAILAND MUST SAY NO! I write this from Japan. Where a similar campaign is methodically unfolding. Many of us have seen what this has done in California and many other places. Devastation and Idiocracy. NO!

BANGKOK — 1 April 2026, Thailand’s public health minister said the government will press ahead with its medical cannabis policy, including plans to convert about 11,000 licensed cannabis shops into regulated medical clinics. Speaking at the Ministry of Public Health, Public Health Minister Pattana Prompat said the move forms part of broader efforts to tighten oversight of cannabis use, from cultivation and extraction to distribution, while focusing on medical applications.

@PaavoKuronen @Michael_Yon There are so many uses! I'm a retired Forester & believe me when I say I've been studying the issue for nearly 5 decades. One thing that I truly wish would happen is the outlawing of Krill & Fish mining for their oils - hemp oil is on par, what a mess!! pulitzercenter.org/stories/krill-…

I appreciate Michael Yon's take on this, but the issue should still be treated with more nuance. Cannabis is probably the oldest plant cultivated by humanity, for food, for materials, for medicine, and for religious uses. When we look at the original prohibitions, first of alcohol, then of cannabis, we see the ulterior motives. Behind the front of puritan moralism were the interests of the monopoly capitalists. Prior to the prohibition of alcohol, the world was moving in a direction where each farmer had their own distillation equipment, and was capable of producing ethanol to run their own tractors, making them independent from the oil monopoly. The cannabis prohibition had similar power-centralization motives behind it. So there should be more nuance with this topic, and actually there should be de-regulation, not regulation, not government control. This government controlled medical cannabis is just one drug among many drugs that the big pharmaceutical companies use to addict, enslave and milk their victims. And I think Michael is ultimately correct that it's also a weapon of war, like alcohol has been used as a weapon against populations. The solution is not hysterical prohibitionism, but it's also definitely not government controlled medical cannabis "dispensaries". The communities need to form around the farms, and around cannabis as a food source and as a material source, not as an intoxicant, but yes, it obviously has medicinal uses and medicinal benefits.

@Glenn_Diesen "A barrel of oil sells once. A reserve in the ground backs a financial asset forever" x.com/upholdreality/…
COMBATE |🇵🇷@upholdreality

There's a pile of money that's been compounding for over five hundred years. Since the Medicis were buying popes. Since the Fuggers were bankrolling emperors. Since Venice was financing empires and crusades. It's never stopped. Plagues, famines, or the fall of empires, it fed on all of them. It doesn't have a flag. Flags are for the cattle. It has addresses. Basel, the City of London, Manhattan, offshore islands you'll never visit. The same pile of money. Venice to Amsterdam to London to Wall Street. It doesn't rise and fall. It packs up and moves. New address, same ledger. It has names. Old ones you weren't taught, new ones you see on buildings. The pile's been compounding 500 years. You've been working 20. One dollar at 5% becomes tens of billions in that time. They didn't start with a dollar. A continuous inheritance. A five-century compound interest machine that eats nations and shits out flags. Spain had the gold. The pile had the debt. Spain went broke. The pile kept the gold. Britain had the empire. The pile had the City of London. The empire fell, colonies got flags and the pile kept the accounts. The top three tax havens on earth still fly a British flag. America has the military. The pile has the dollar. When the dollar goes down, the pile will keep whatever's worth keeping. It always does. Family fortunes that got so big they became the map. What's the "international community"? The countries the pile already owns, agreeing with each other. What's a "rogue state"? A country the pile doesn't own yet. What's "humanitarian intervention"? Hostile acquisition with good PR. What's a "rules-based order"? A system where the pile makes the rules, breaks them when convenient, and bombs you if you point it out. The managed countries are "free" and the ones that refused to be managed are "authoritarian". The difference between an ally and an enemy is whether you're on the ledger or in the way. Last week they bombed Caracas and kidnapped Maduro because he refused to hand over the deed to the pile. He was willing to sell them oil, but they don't want the oil, they want to own the oil. When you won't sign it over they call it dictatorship and send the sanctions. When the sanctions don't work, they send the bombs. A barrel of oil sells once. A reserve in the ground backs a financial asset forever. That's why Exxon's CEO just said the issue isn't Maduro. It's the laws that keep the oil in Venezuelan hands. The politician's job is to send the bombs. The media's job is to make you cheer.

@Glenn_Diesen Well timed & a great interview - much of it had me thinking about these wise words "Last week they bombed Caracas and kidnapped Maduro because he refused to hand over the deed to the Pile. He was willing to sell them oil, but they don't want the oil, they want to own the oil"
