🐹 : everyone, i think this is really, um, a question from someone who is very smart. because honestly, just because your body is resting, it doesn't mean your mind is resting. you all need to know this too. that kind of thought, a 'mental rest' means a rest where your body is, anyway, in a completely relaxed state with all tension released. that's what mental rest is.
🐹 : usually when that happens, in those moments, i watch youtube. i talked while trying to sound kind of smart, but in the end, i also just watch youtub and rest like that. in this era of swimming in a sea of information on youtube, i actually just surrender myself to it. so, i do watch a lot, a lot of youtube, but... lately, i've also been trying to read books a lot... um, mental rest... i suppose there's meditation. i don't do it myself, but since meditation is ultimately done for peace of mind, it's just my guess that it might give you a mental rest.
