I’ve been in my weight loss journey for 3 years , I’ve had highs , I’ve had lows , I’ve quit , I’ve got back on it but my motivation is to be my best self, I’m 35 this year and I’m at my fittest, my healthiest and my happiest and I’m in the middle of a glow up , say I have a big head all you want but when you spend 33 years not loving yourself or your body and when changes like this happen and you finally love yourself and your body I will post about it everyday ! Self love is the most important part of your journey, I’m a long way from being 100 percent happy but I’m on the right track !
