This gonna be long but I wanna say my thoughts regarding the issue since this would have been avoided if the organizer delegates the role of every staff accordingly.
Events such as fanmeets and concerts can be REALLY HECTIC and chaotic but the staffs should have been ready enough to handle different situatuons. The organizers should delegate the roles of their own staff and the outsourced staff more effectively.
If an issue arises, the FOH on the ground should have been notified right away. If an attendee reaches out to you that they lost something the staff should've notified the marshalls/security team immediately [since OP (the one who lost their phone) says the staffs were busy pinpointing each other when they just asked whom they can talk] to settle what happened. Then the head of the security team (security team not bouncers they outsourced) should relay it to the authorities RIGHT AWAY
This is where the problem arises, accdng to my friends who's at the venue THERE ARE NO POLICE FORCE that was seen during the event. In the PH, big events like fanmeets POLICE FORCE is a NECESSITY to be on stand by to ensure public safety, order and security.
If only there were police officers on the area that was on stand by then this issue should've been fixed right away. They could have been asked to checked what happened.
Lastly, if cdm have proof of what really happened (which they do have) then they should've let the one who lost their phone checked it. They could've explain that this what really happened to the them. But base on what I'm reading here, the issue was put on hold until the law enforcement arrived when the organizer called them. And if the OP is really in fault (just like what CDM says since they said OP lost their phone and where not stolen away) they also should explain what really happened, then the issue would be resolved that instant.
I would just be talking about this, but the other issues such as the venue, staff's behavior, fan benefits and such is a different story so yeah.
