@NewsWire_US It should be illegal to vote for the same party if you move from a state because of taxes/cost of living.

@Popular_EY @HQNewsNow Except the 14th Amendment was written by the Framers, it was written and passed by the Senate on June 8, 1866, and ratified two years later, on July 9, 1868

Justice Barrett appears skeptical of Trump's argument against birthright citizenship:
One thing that's puzzling me about your argument when I think about the ratification of the 14th Amendment, it would have made sense for them to say 'we'll make it all ride on parentage.' It also says 'born in the US.' I take it you are not arguing that US citizens who have children born abroad would qualify for birthright citizenship. If they were going to invent an entirely new kind of citizenship, like an American brand, why wouldn't we have seen more discussion of that in the debates?

@poppy4161 @JolinaJasmine Please read the decision! The decision was about a therapist’s practice in Colorado not a broad ruling on conversion therapy. I don’t condone conversion therapy, but the judges weren’t ruling whether conversion therapy should be legal or not, they were ruling on a specific CO law

@jgray23 @JolinaJasmine Conversion therapy isn't religion it's child abuse and torment, this isn't a free speech issue just a child abuse issue being brought religious sociopaths

There are 6 republicans and 3 Democrats on the Supreme Court. I wanted to know which of the democratic judges voted for this.
Pop Crave@PopCrave
The Supreme Court blocks Colorado’s plan to ban conversion therapy for minors. The ruling came in an 8–1 vote.
