I’m in my 40’s and haven’t trained for quite some time. I’ve been lucky enough to take pro class with @joannmbernard and @company_others for 4 weeks and I’ve never felt closer to my body, all of its power and tenderness. Joanne is a wonder, what a gift she’s given me.
