Workplace violence in healthcare is often minimized because it isn’t always physical. But verbal aggression, intimidation, and threats are not minor issues - they directly impact team dynamics, patient care, and safety. I experienced this during a recent shift. I remained focused on my patients, because that is the responsibility we carry as physicians. I’m really exhausted…to my core! And yes, I chose to stay with my patients because continuity of care matters. But let me be clear: choosing to stay does not mean accepting the behavior. Healthcare systems cannot claim to prioritize safety while tolerating environments that compromise it.

🚨A company built on faith, discipline, and standards took action to protect its name. Now it’s being called racist? Not everything is about race—sometimes it’s about values, responsibility, and representing your workplace the right way. Are we losing that distinction?

@superphil123 @triffic_stuff_ With morons like these.. if it was his own daughter, he’d say.. “I feel terrible that this makes me feel negative associations with Afghani culture.. I know they’re surely wonderful people.” On Afghanistan, the use of young boys as sexual slaves is commonplace.

🚨BRITAIN IS BROKEN: AFGHAN ASYLUM SEEKERS R*PE 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL WHILE SHE SCREAMS FOR HELP ON CAMERA! 😱😡 The Footage Was So Horrific That Barristers Warned It Could Spark Riots If Released To The Public 😤 What have our politicians done to this country? Two 17-year-old Afghan asylum seekers, Jan Jahanzeb and Israr Niazal, small-boat arrivals housed by the taxpayer, lured an intoxicated 15-year-old British girl into a park in Leamington Spa. They dragged her away from her friends, forced her into a secluded spot, and r*ped her while she desperately screamed "help", "please let me go" and "I want to go home". Her own phone footage captured the nightmare: cries for mercy, a hand clamped over her mouth, explicit protests, all played in Warwick Crown Court. It was so shocking that one of the defence barristers warned the public seeing it could lead to riots. Yet these monsters only got 10 years 8 months and 9 years 10 months in youth detention, with a mere recommendation for deportation. This horror could have been avoided. Our leaders have long pushed unchecked mass migration through both illegal crossings and expansive legal pathways, putting our daughters and communities at risk every single day. They now talk tough on immigration and claim to be cracking down, yet huge numbers of migrants continue to arrive, whether slipping across the border illegally or entering through still-active legal visa and parole programs. All the strong rhetoric amounts to little more than lip service when the overall flow of people keeps coming without real, sustained reductions in both categories. How many more innocent girls must suffer before they actually do something serious to stop it?

@Briana397169319 @LawCrimeNetwork @_emillner Why do parents let there kids on Roblox? I think 90% of problems nowadays are because there isn’t a dad who says “no” and is respected. Moms want to give their kids everything.. but they shouldn’t even have phones and iPads or unsupervised internet access.

@JORDANBAGFORT @whitesocksclips White society detests its less savory elements, mocks and rejects them, whereas black culture puts the thug and the hoe on a pedestal and defends them as icons.. and often asks them to the party. Look at what has happened to black music culture.

@JORDANBAGFORT @whitesocksclips He’s stated that difference plenty of times.. problem is that if there’s 8 of the former and 2 of the latter, the 2 tend to ruin the reputation of the group.. whereas in formal white society, you rarely if ever see some trailer park red neck mixed in.

@newstart_2024 In America that one in ten can still find employment and purpose in something less demanding than the military.. but the real problem is for countries where the average iq is below that threshold.. as we continue to blame their failure on anything else, to avoid the truth.

Jordan Peterson shared one of the most sobering statistics I’ve heard in a long time. The U.S. Armed Forces — after over a century of careful psychometric research driven by life-and-death necessity — will not induct anyone with an IQ below 83. They concluded that there is simply nothing in the military (at any level) that such a person can be trained to do without being counterproductive. Peterson noted that this threshold captures roughly one in ten people. And if the military’s complexity is even roughly comparable to broader society, that means about 10% of the population has no viable place in our cognitively demanding world. He emphasized that this isn’t about lack of money or short-term training. The data shows it’s extremely difficult to turn low cognitive ability into the kind of adaptive, creative problem-solving that modern society requires. It’s a raw, uncomfortable truth about human variation that most people prefer not to discuss openly. What do you think — is this statistic something society needs to confront honestly, or is there a better way to think about it?
