I like to follow all sorts of runners. Pros. New runners. People training for ultras or 400s. Whatever. I find it never really makes my feed seem one-sided or that everyone is at one event. Also, diverse opinions and training is fun to watch and learn from.

The thing I hate most about communal non-gendered restaurant bathrooms is finding out how many male-presenting people don't wash their hands. #washYourHands

Looking at various races within 4 hours of me. Why are so many utah races downhill? Like just running down a canyon? Other states have mountains to run down but doesn’t seem to be a thing?

@crswll I saw this on the game last night and pointed it out to my family, and was rewarded with a "Mom, no. Just stop." from my 14 year old. Always fun to find new ways to get a eye-roll out of her.

@arlenemccann Writing lists help me manage my pre-travel anxiety. Then I can see it all planned out - the stuff to pack, the things still to do, the timing of when to leave. Then it's just a matter of checking it off. What's your process? Also, I can't wait to hear about your adventure!
