Beyond 𓃬☼

Oggi ho avuto l’onore di incontrare alla Camera dei deputati il Principe Reza Ciro Pahlavi, figlio dell’ultimo Scià di Persia. Nella mia veste di Vicepresidente dell’Assemblea parlamentare dell’OSCE, ho espresso preoccupazione per la situazione in Iran e l’ho invitato a partecipare e a portare la sua testimonianza al meeting annuale dell’OSCE, che si terrà a luglio nei Paesi Bassi, all’L’Aia, dove la pace, priorità della Lega, sarà al centro del dibattito tra i parlamentari provenienti dai 57 Paesi membri e dagli 11 partner.

This morning in Rome, Prince Reza Pahlavi was received at the Italian Senate by the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee Senator Maurizio Gasparri. The two discussed events in Iran, the aspirations of the Iranian people, and the role Italy and Europe can play.
