@Jacqui03870191 @AhoyChristina Yes! I was going to suggest a curry of some kind and a lot of rice. That feeds a lot of people and isn’t too time intensive. Can’t go wrong with a Thai massaman curry or maybe an Indian Chana masala? Both crowd pleasers!

@AhoyChristina Chickpea and potato curry, with rice, you could get some poppadoms and mango chutney to start with, that's vegan, or if you would normally make a decent spag bol replace meat with supermarket frozen vegan mince not quorn. Don't use fresh pasta b/c egg.

I've volunteered to feed the vegans in my family on Xmas eve. Why god whyyyy? There are 6 of us, I can only use the hob and I need to be able to bang out the recipes fairly quickly. Doesn't have to be traditional Xmas fare.Any ideas?
