@DrAkhilX Now for NETs we have an armamentarium right from Octreotide, CAPTEM, Everolimus and mainly PRRT.

Steve Jobs was diagnosed with rare type of pancreatic cancer called pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (pNET) in 2003.His tumor was relatively slow-growing, which gave him a better initial prognosis compared to typical pancreatic cancers. Jobs intentionally delayed surgery for several months, opting for alternative therapies before eventually undergoing surgery in 2004. Despite treatment, the cancer later metastasized to his liver, leading to a liver transplant in 2009. He continued to battle health complications for years and ultimately died in October 2011 from the disease’s progression.
