@lamowhatthehell @n0traccoon Fair enough🤣 as I say, different priorities. I get sick of things quickly when I eat the same/similar thing often, no matter how much I initially adore it, so cuisines like that will always be just slightly lacking to me x

And I love spice, but my thing is you can kinda add really hot spice to almost anything involving red meat and have it exactly to your taste; idk if I'd say it's the indian food itself carrying that flavour+
