The room is messier than usual, with trash scattered everywhere. And on the bed is a huge mound of blankets rising and falling slowly. "Beel...?" You gently pull back a layer of blankets. There he is, buried under half the blankets in the Devildom. His cheeks are flushed, and damp strands of orange hair cling to his forehead. He must have tried to cool off with a wet towel. His orange locks are curling softly in the humidity, framing his face. It's adorable. You brush the damp hair away, and Beel's eyes slowly open. "What are you...doing here?" Realizing how close you are, he tries to sit up. "Wait, stay back," he says weakly. "You might get sick too." "You should've told me." Beel looks away, a little guilty. "I didn't want to ruin our date." He sinks back into the blankets. Before you can respond, he's drifted back into a feverish sleep. You climb into the nest of blankets, wrapping your arms around him. You bury your face against his upper back. He's radiating heat. "...You shouldn't, you'll catch my cold." You can't help but smile. Even when he's sick, Beel still puts you above everything else.
