I just looked at Apple's open design roles. One requires expertise in Sketch. Another says Figma is strongly preferred. They also want you to be knowledgable in Adobe. Same company. Different teams. Build a tool belt, not a dependency.

Makes you think… Some guy just said he can do what I do 10x faster with templates and automation. Under a video in which I explained I don’t do “faster” but rather use the ai-saved time to do better. I find the lack of ability to discern the two types of output troubling.

This is it. We're already in 2029. Client just sent me AI feedback on our website design. After 3 rounds, ChatGPT stripped out: - The emotional flow - The narrative structure - The unique experience Now it reads like every other AI-generated site. Our job isn't designing anymore. It's defending our work from AI that optimizes personality out of everything. Welcome to the resistance.
