Team responded to a casualty high on Ben Cruachan last night with multiple fractures following a fall. Team located casualty and packaged and stretched them below the cloud level and winched onboard Coastguard helicopter Rescue 199 just as light was failing.

A running pal returned north this weekend and motivated a traverse of Glencoe from west to east (running away from the thunder!) - Decided we probably aren’t as fit as we used to be 🥵

Very proud of @maxhollo who finished the Jura Fell Race in 4hr13 & just 6 days after winning the all rounders category in the three islands peaks race. (All while I mainly ate ice cream).

What an awesome weekend racing the @SIPeaksRace with an amazing bunch of people! Finished 11th overall and 🥇 All Rounders after 45 hours of sailing and running up hills ⛰ 🏃‍♂️ ⛵️
