@mbd2 @Scott_Wiener Sf is a big city. SF has underbuilt housing. There are many many more people who work in SF that want to live there that can't. This will let some of them do that. Cutting commute costs, decreasing car use, cutting energy waste. It is environmentally friendly to have dense cities
