@greggutfeld Regarding terrifying sleep paralysis , I used to get that until I had a sleep study 20 yr. ago and start using a CPAP mask. I was traveling (about 10 yr. ago) without my mask & it recurred. i haven't had an episode since the CPAP and never go without it.
