Highlights
Estimated incidence of dystonia post-ABI admitted to PICU was 3.2%
Incidence higher in hypoxia/anoxia (8.3%)& TBI(6.2%) cohort
Dystonia emerged early (50% within a week)& persisted at 6mths
Those who developed dystonia had median lower GCS &longer PICU admission
