My pick for #NJDevils GM is @chrispronger. He brings a ton to the table and would inject both analytical rigor and gravitas into the team’s drafting, which was poor under Fitz. He’s also is a guy players, especially potential FAs, will listen to. Finally he’s an exceptional communicator.

The issue of Soft Tom's front office isn't that he needs to be reigned in or a boss to tell him what to do. Keeping him in org for another year risks another season wasted for Hischier, Hughes, and NJ.
